Insurance
I am in-network with:
- Blue Cross and Blue Shield
- Aetna
- Optum/United Healthcare
- Medcost
If you are insured but I am not in-network with your carrier, I can provide you with an itemized “super-bill” of services rendered, along with instructions for filing it. (In this case, you pay the agreed-upon fee in full, and your insurer reimburses you directly according to your out-of-network benefits.)
Private Pay Fee Scale
My cash fee is $140.00 for a 60-minute session. I accept payment via cash, check, and credit/debit card. Payment is expected at the time of service. I offer a sliding scale fee in the following circumstances:
- We have an established therapeutic relationship and you experience unexpected financial need or an unavoidable shift in your insurance coverage
- You are uninsured or practically uninsured for psychotherapy due to a high deductible
- You are a qualifying member of Open Path Collective
